Daarnaast kregen de leerlingen les over de natuur van de gemeente Noardeast-Frysl\u00e2n.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de Nationale Boomfeestdag organiseren veel organisaties een speciale dag voor kinderen, waarop het startsein wordt gegeven voor het plantseizoen. <strong>Zo organiseerde De Klyster ook dit jaar weer de Boomfeestdag voor de gemeente Noardeast-Frysl\u00e2n.<\/strong> \u201cWe leerden hoe oud bomen zijn, hoe je bomen kunt meten, en nog veel meer,\u201d vertelt Aron Hamstra van groep 5. In de vroege ochtend kregen de kinderen les van onder andere Yvonne de Beer en enkele mannen van de gemeente Noardeast-Frysl\u00e2n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt earste wat wy berikke wolle is dat bern begripe dat beammen nuttich binne, foar harsels en foar de natuer, foar de omjouwing,\u201d vertelt <strong>Yvonne de Beer, projectco\u00f6rdinator Klyster<\/strong>. Ze willen ook dat de kinderen een keer ervaren hoe het is om met de natuur bezig te zijn en te zien hoe het werkt als je bomen plant.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de les kregen de kinderen de opdracht om zoveel mogelijk redenen op te schrijven waarom bomen belangrijk zijn. <strong>Wethouder Hanneke Jouta<\/strong> mocht de beste uitkiezen. De winnaar mocht samen met Jouta de eerste boom in het park planten. \u201cDer kamen aardige antwurden nei foaren, lykas dat f\u00fbgels nestjes meitsje moatte en dat beammen skaad jouwe,\u201d vertelt Jouta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feit dat de bern b\u00fbten yn de natuer binne, is goed.
